Who Are We

About Us

The Iliff Death Care Collective is an initiative of the Iliff School of Theology. Iliff is known for over a hundred years of educating leaders for courageous vision and progressive social change.

Since 2021, the Iliff Innovation Lab draws on these rich traditions to bring new programs to new learners. Our work includes:
  • in our Organizational Effectiveness and Belonging work, we are helping organizations promote belonging and cohesion with diversity, equity, inclusion, and organizational development strategies
  • in our TRUST reviews, providing leadership and consulting to companies working to implement ethical AI technologies
  • through our End of Life Doula programs, leading certificate courses for learners wanting to grow and develop their end of life skills and community
  • in the Institute for Religion, Politics, and Culture, working with state legislatures, political leaders, and students to combat religious extremism and build effective, local political solutions
